Double and Single sheets and pillows can be found in Comfort > Misc., while the Toddler sheets and pillows can be found in Kids > Toddlers. The pillowcases and sheets can be used and put over mattresses to give you some more variety. Please keep in mind, though, the pillowcases clip through your sims faces slightly.
