Adds additional tests to prevent Sims from using umbrellas indoors. Sims will not (autonomously) use umbrellas in light rain or during a storm. They will get wet less fast in light rain. They will receive less strong negative moodlets from getting wet and no water will drop from their clothes when they are wet.

Special whims for: pregnancy, elder life stage, childhood phases, lifestyles, preferences, careers... <strong>Note:</strong> Only install the packages for which you own the required packs. Remove the EmotionWhimSets package if you experience lags/problems due to missing packs/slower computers. This one does not have such a noticeable effect as emotion whims are fleeting anyways.
