The purpose of this mod is to add new objects that spawn a NPC to tend them. This allows you to build multi purpose lots.It's based on the market stalls that you can purchase things from but instead of having to hire a vendor yourself it will spawn a Sim to tend it based on a schedule to simulate opening hours.
